As many of you know, we have a special dinner on the last Saturday night that we are together. The “Yonderosa Dinner”. It is free to anyone who has ridden with us this year. Whether you’re riding the last day or were riding the first; whether you rode one day, one weekend, one week or the whole magnificent adventure; this dinner is for you. If you’d like to bring a spouse or friend, the cost per guest is $20.
At Yonderosa we celebrate the ending of another successful year on The Pink Trail. We hear from researchers about the things they’ve discovered and the advances they’ve made. We reminisce. We laugh. We enjoy the camaraderie of this last evening together.
This year we’re hoping to hold Yonderosa up on the deck above the Field House. If the weather is great, it will be a lovely setting. If it’s raining, we’ll have a tent and be snug. The menu is (tentatively) chops, baked potato, corn on the cob and two salads. New addition: I’m hoping to incorporate a cash bar this year.
